1. Business identity

This website is operated by Medi Mart Pharmaceutical under the customer-facing name Medi Mart Pharmacy, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana 121004. Retail drug licences: WLF20B2024HR001537 and WLF21B2024HR001542.

2. Products

The online catalogue is presently limited to approved OTC, cosmetic and personal-care products. Prescription medicines are not offered through self-service website checkout. Product information is not medical advice.

3. Orders and stock

Website orders are subject to stock verification. Minimum order value is ₹499. We may contact the customer on WhatsApp before accepting or dispatching an order.

4. Pricing

MRP, selling price, discount and amount saved are shown on product pages. Prices and availability may change before order confirmation.

5. Payments

Cash on Delivery is available up to ₹3,000 with no additional COD fee. Online payments are processed through Cashfree after stock confirmation. Payment is accepted in Indian rupees.

6. Delivery and returns

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Delivery, replacement and refund rules are governed by the linked Shipping and Cancellation policies.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts having jurisdiction over Faridabad, Haryana shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
