Payment Terms

Accepted methods

Customers may pay online through Cashfree-supported methods or choose Cash on Delivery. COD has no extra fee and is limited to orders up to ₹3,000.

Stock confirmation

We verify availability first. For online-payment orders, payment is requested only after stock confirmation.

Security

Medi Mart Pharmacy never asks for card PIN, UPI PIN, CVV or OTP by phone or WhatsApp. Cashfree may apply its own security checks and terms.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but confirmation is not received, contact us with the order and transaction reference. Do not pay again until the first payment is checked.

Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing time may apply.

Invoices

A printed invoice is supplied and a PDF invoice may be shared.
